Where does the training take place?
Most of my clients live in Stockport or the surrounding areas. My training programmes are flexible and completely tailored to you. One session we might be jogging together through a local park or discovering new running paths (if that’s part of their programme). Another time we could be working out at a fitness studio I know and trust.
Am I a professional trainer?
Professional is as much an attitude as it is a qualification. I like to think of myself as professional in BOTH ways. I have the qualifications needed to provide a high quality service, and the testimonials of my clients will show that my help and attitude are both first class. Why should I spend money on a personal trainer? I can do it by myself.
Of course you can train alone. But I believe that, with the right motivation, guidance and customised training programme, you can reach your goals and achieve the results you want…and more! Throughout your time with me, I will support you, understand your needs and abilities, maybe even push you to the limits of them sometimes. But I’ll always…ALWAYS…be there for you.
How often should I train with you?
It’s entirely up to you and depends on the amount of time you have, your goals, and how committed you are. Usually, I train with my clients twice a week.
What should I be eating?
Your Nutrition plays a crucial role in the development of both your Body & Mind, so particular time is taken when assessing and advising on what/when to eat etc; so this is covered in it’s own session.
